Things to note:

· You can order Part 1 & Part 2 materials at the same time, or order for the second part of the year when requirements are known.

· Please quote your client code on the Order Form, if known. New customers will receive their Client Code with their first invoice.

· A freight and handling fee will be added to your CRE order.

·Do not send a cheque with the Order Form. An invoice, including postage and handling charges will be despatched with your order.

· Payment should be made no later than the 20th of the month following the invoice date.

· Payment may be made by Visa, or MasterCard (please advise card number, cardholder’s name and expiry date on the Order Form), internet banking or cheque.

·Send initial orders by 20th January 2014 to guarantee delivery of Part 1 material for the start of the school year.

· Additional orders may be phoned in at anytime, quoting your Client Code

· Part 2 orders maybe changed or initiated before 1st June 2014

For prompt dispatch, please send orders before due dates.

Delivery of orders

Part 1 orders received by 20th January 2014, will be despatched by the beginning of Term 1. Orders received after 20th January 2014 will be processed in the order they are received.

Part 2 orders received before 1st June 2014 will be despatched for the beginning of Term 3. Orders received after the 1st June 2014 will be processed in the order they are received.

 You can usually expect despatch of your orders within 2 working days of receipt. At peak times in Jan-Feb and Jun-Jul please allow a minimum of 10 working days after receipt of your order for the delivery of goods.

 If there is a problem with your order, notify Epworth Books immediately.

 

Return of material for credit

• Only material purchased in the current 2014 series can be returned for credit. No returns are allowed for Red, Yellow or Blue series books.

• Note: From 2015 only returns of Student Workbooks will be accepted.

•  Please return excess unused material as soon as possible.

•  Printed material in saleable ‘as new’ condition will be credited to your account, if received by the deadline.

•  Teachers Books returned for credit must include a copy of the Student Book (these are sold as a set). If the Student Book is not returned, the price of one Student Book will be deducted from the amount refunded.

•  You pay the postage costs for orders and returns of unused materials.

•  Credit is not given for CDs, CD-ROMs, stickers, cards, posters or other gift items.

•  Please quote your Client Code for all transactions and account enquiries.

About the Curriculum

The CRE curriculum is biblically faithful, educationally sound, student-focused, theologically clear and contextually appropriate.

Created by practicing classroom teachers across Australia and New Zealand, Christian religious education curriculum materials are designed for use with both single and multi-aged groupings in the school setting.
