The
CRE curriculum published by ACCESS ministries is biblically faithful,
educationally sound, student focussed, theologically clear and contextually
appropriate.
Created by practicing classroom teachers across Australia and New Zealand,
Christian religious education curriculum materials are designed for use with
both single and multi-aged groupings in the school setting.
CRE
curriculum materials (a Religion in Life® publication) published by the
Council for Christian Education in Schools (Victoria) trading as ACCESS
ministries are designed for use in schools. The members of the Council for
Christian Education in Schools are nominated from the following churches:
Anglican Church, Assemblies of God, Baptist Union, Christian Brethren
Assemblies, Christian Reformed Churches, Churches of Christ, CRC
International, Lutheran Church, Presbyterian Church, Salvation Army, Uniting
Church, Wesleyan Methodist Church.
The
ACCESS ministries website has a range of FREE extra resources for teachers
which can be used to add to and enhance CRE lessons. Teachers can view
Sample Lessons for each program as well as Scope and Sequence (content
overviews), ideas for classes from other teachers, Extra BLMs-Black Line
Masters (photocopiable worksheets) for Search & Quest. Teachers can
also view track-listings & a topic index for CDs.
There is also a new Kids section with games, activities and blog for
children to visit out of school hours especially when they are looking for
something to do during school holidays!

Please order
using the lift-out Order Forms. You can also order by phone, fax or email.
Extra Order Forms are available from Epworth Books or

You can
order Part 1 and Part 2 materials at the same time, or order for the second
half of the year when requirements are known.
·
Please
quote your Client Code on the Order Form, if known. New customers will
receive their Client Code with their first invoice.
·
You need
to have planned how the materials will be paid for by the time you send your
order.
·
Do not
send a cheque with the Order Form. An invoice, including postage and
handling charges, will be dispatched with your order.
·
Payment
should be made no later than the 20th of the month following the invoice
date. Payment may be made by cheque, Visa or MasterCard (please advise card
number, cardholder’s name and expiry date on the Order Form).
·
Submit
initial orders by 20 January 2008 to guarantee delivery of Part 1 material
for the start of the school year.
·
Additional
orders may be phoned at any time, quoting your Client Code.
·
Part 2
orders may be changed or initiated before 1 June 2008, using the Part 2
Order Form.

Delivery of orders

Part 1
orders received before 20 January 2008, will be dispatched for the beginning
of the school year. Orders received after 20 January 2008 will be processed
in the order they are received.
·
Part 2
orders received before 1 June 2008 will be dispatched for the beginning of
Term 3. Orders received after 1 June 2008 will be processed in the order
they are received.
·
Please
allow a minimum of 10 working days after receipt of your order by Epworth
Books for delivery of goods.
·
If there
is a problem with your order, notify Epworth Books immediately
Return of material for credit
·
Only
material purchased in the current 2008 series can be returned for credit.
·
Please
return excess unused material as soon as possible.
·
Printed
material in saleable ‘as new’ condition will be credited to your account, if
received by the deadline.
·
Teachers’
Books returned for credit must include a copy of the Student Book (these are
sold as a set). If the Student Book is not returned, the price of one
Student Book will be deducted from the amount refunded.
·
Credit for
material received after the scheduled return dates is at the discretion of
Epworth Books and postage must be paid by the sender.
·
Credit is
not given for opened music cassettes or CDs and there are no returns on
stickers, bookmarks, cards & stars.

Search and Quest Blue Part 2 teacher's books
contain instructions for 16 lessons. As some teachers will have the opportunity
teach more than 16 sessions in the second half of 2009, CCES have compiled a
list of extra teaching ideas for the remainder of 2009.
Teachers may wish to try some of these extension
ideas, in addition to the options suggested in the Search 2 and Quest 2 Teacher
Books, and teach one or two sessions over two weeks.
